Overnight oat recipes that require little to no effort.
Whack ingredients into your container & leave them in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Founders OG
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 150ml milk of your choice
- 50g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A handful (approx. 30g) frozen raspberries
Instructions:
- In The Overnight, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and honey. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the frozen raspberries. Tip: Don't mush the berries unless you prefer a more uniform texture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
Tips: The frozen raspberries will thaw overnight, adding a refreshing burst of flavor and color to your oats. You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste preference.
Protein Power (c.25g protein)
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup (50g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (60ml) blueberries
Instructions:
- In The Overnight, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and milk. Stir well.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
Tips: For extra protein, add a sprinkle of hemp seeds or chopped nuts on top.
Nutella Nightmares (Just kidding, it's delightful!)
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 180ml milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons (30g) Nutella
- 1/4 cup (60g) sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon (15g) chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In The Overnight, combine rolled oats and milk. Stir well.
- Layer with Nutella and sliced strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
Tips: Nutella contains sugar, so enjoy this one as an occasional treat. You can substitute Nutella with a healthier chocolate spread if desired.
Banana & Honey Haven
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In The Overnight add rolled oats, milk, honey, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Slice the banana and add
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
Tips: Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste preference.
Super Seed Surprise Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 50g rolled oats
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon (15g) chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon (15g) chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1/4 cup (50g) mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) chia seeds (extra)
Instructions:
- In The Overnight, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and chopped nuts. Stir well.
- Layer with mixed berries and sprinkle with extra chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
